Our Elite Dragon classes take a step toward maturing the important characteristics needed as they transition into teenagers. These classes support the development of friendships and social skills, all while feeling comfortable and happy with the friends they can make during class sessions. Our Elite Dragon martial arts program is structured to allow every child to grow their self esteem and confidence as they improve their abilities and mentality each step of the way.

Challenges found in the home as children grow older can include talking back, emotional outbursts, or a rise in attitude. Our goal is to help students understand and regulate their emotions through focused martial arts training.
