Elite Dragon classes are structured to help children develop a growth mindset and essential life skills through building self esteem and confidence.

During these important years of adolescence, our goal is to build confidence through consistent practice and develop the skills and mental models for your child to build up their belief in themselves.
Positive Guidance
Our Elite Dragons grow into the age where they begin to understand important characteristics like respect and family values. Our goal is to apply this understanding and shaping them to their self identity and beliefs.
Emotional Regulation
Challenges found in the home as children grow older can include talking back, emotional outbursts, or a rise in attitude. Our goal is to help students understand and regulate their emotions through focused martial arts training.
